Wholesale Customers: All deliveries will be accompanied with a pack slip/invoice. We require the invoice to be signed by someone responsible for receiving at your establishment. A signature is your acknowledgement that you received your order as specified on the invoice. Any discrepancies should be addressed immediately. We understand that you don't always have time to look at every product right away. If you should encounter a problem with you order, we expect that you communicate it with us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Farm Box Customers: All orders submitted must be paid for. Farm Boxes that are not picked up from the delivery site within the specified pickup window will be donated at the customer's expense.
